Portraits ~ Love Family

I always look forward to a challenge.
When Lisa told me they wanted family pics with their 4 horses and 3 dogs...well, I was nervous and excited!  Honestly, I think most of my nerves were of the horses.  I know, kind of silly.  They are just so big!  And I read a story about a photographer trying to get a horse to turn her way and the photographer gave the "run" ques on accident and  the horse went into charge mode!   Aaaaaahhhh!

Well, no horses charged me, thank goodness.
I got close and petted them.
They were nice.
I think my hubby needs to take me on a horse ride now.

Hey if these kids can do it, so can I.  Right?

This is my FAVORITE!  The horse sneezed on everyone!  And look how tall and proud he is of it!

Portratis ~ Gibbons Family

I'm thankful to know this sweet family and honored they asked me to take some pictures.
Spence is one lucky man to be surrounded by all these beautiful girls!  And the best part is they are truly beautiful inside and out!
Thanks Gibbons!

Portraits ~ Potter Family

I love this session because it was so last minute!  Dianna and I had been trying to arrange something for quite some time but weather and schedules just kept getting in the way.  I was bound and determined to take some pictures for this sweet lady.  We planned a date but for the second time, the weather wasn't cooperating...but this time we didn't let it win.  We met, we took shelter, and we had a little mini photo shoot before we got drenched or blew away.
It was so great meeting this fun family...hope I get to spend more time with them again :)

Portraits ~ Migliori family

We went to high school together.
We vacationed together.
We were room mates.
We worked together.
We are friends.
I've known Angie for a long time and I don't get to see her nearly enough.  We only live about 7 miles from each other but life (and especially kids) seem to keep us from getting together as often as we like.  Thank goodness for family pictures so we can catch up.
